Privacy Notice

Thai Union Ingredients Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) hereby inform you details of the processing, whether collection, usage and disclosure ("Processing”), of personal data which enables the identification of such person, whether directly or indirectly (“Personal Data”) through various channels, both online and offline. This includes, for example, information of contractors, information collected through websites, information collected through points of sale and events, information collected from social networks such as Facebook and search engines such as Google. Your Personal Data will be processed in accordance with applicable legislations e.g., Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, the EU General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable laws and regulations. This Privacy Notice provides important information in the following areas:

1. Objectives for Personal Data Collection

The Processing of your Personal Data is for management and administrative purposes in order to ensure that the Company is able to run the business with you appropriately, effectively and lawfully in order to fulfil any and all obligations under contracts, to perform transactions, to provide suitable products and services, to respond to orders and requests, to improve the quality of products and services, and/or to pursue any other legitimate interest of the Company.

If you have provided Personal Data of any third party to us, please ensure that such third party has acknowledged this Privacy Policy or granted consent for Processing their Personal Data where applicable.

You are free to decide whether you will allow the Company to collect your Personal Data. However, please kindly note that if you decide not to provide your Personal Data, you may not be able to earn some certain benefits i.e., the Company may have insufficient information to enter into a contract with you or perform our obligations or commitments in some circumstances.

2. Collected Data

For objectives as specified above, the Company may collect, use and disclose your Personal Data. The types of your Personal Data collected will depend on the interaction between you and the Company, including but not limited to the following information:

Personal details such as name, surname, photo, gender, birthday, ID number, passport number, and resident country;
sensitive Personal Data such as health data, food allergy data and biometric data;
contact information such as address, contact number, fax, email, Line ID;
financial information such as bank account number, credit/debit card data;
purchase and service history,
satisfaction information as provided by you;
technical information such as IP address, cookies, accessed devices, location while using the website;
voice recording of conversations, and photo and video recording by means of CCTV;
any information that you sent to us for the website connecting such as comment and your location;
public social media information;
securities holding information of directors, executives and persons related to directors and executives; and
any other information you are willing to provide.

The Company’s websites may link to third party websites to provide relevant references. The Company is not responsible for such external content managed by third party websites, which may contain separate privacy policies and data processing disclosures. The link to a website is not an authorisation or representation of our affiliation with that third party. The Company is not in a position to endorse or control privacy policy, security policy, cookies policy and data collection policy of the third parties.

3. Retention

Your Personal Data will be collected for as long as necessary to satisfy the objectives for which your Personal Data has been collected. For example, if you ordered our products through our online channel, the Company will collect data related to your transaction and will keep such information as long as necessary to achieve the objective of that particular transaction, or if you subscribed to the Company’s newsletter, your information will be collected and used until you unsubscribe or notify us that you no longer want to receive the newsletter.

4. Consent

The Company may acquire your consent to collect, use and disclose your Personal Data for the following purposes, which include but are not limited to:

collection and use your sensitive Personal Data as necessary;
analysis of your preferences and consumption behavior in order to forecast your preferences based on your profile analysis in order to offer you with targeted content and advertisements;
if you are a minor, incompetent or quasi-incompetent person whose consent must be given by their parent, guardian or curator (as the case may be); and/or
sending or transfer of your Personal Data to another country, which may have inadequate personal data protection standards.

If it is necessary for compliance with the applicable laws, the Company may process your Personal Data without your consent. In this regard, the Company will strictly comply with the relevant laws regarding your Personal Data.

5. Disclosure of Personal Data

The Company, as a subsidiary of Thai Union Group Public Company Limited, may be required to disclose your Personal Data to Thai Union Group Public Company Limited and its affiliates (“TU Group”) (details at https://www.thaiunion.com/en/about/company/subsidiary and may need to disclose Personal Data to a third party, both within Thailand and in other countries, who have appropriate personal data protection standards. In this regard, the Company will provide appropriate contract to protect your Personal Data:

6. Accessing website

The Company is obliged under Thai law to retain your computer traffic data, for at least 90 days from the date you entered the Company’s website. However, the Company will not use such data to analyze consumption behavior or conduct market research without your explicit consent.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer's browser or devices when you connect or visit any website to navigate you through our website, deliver user friendly and more personalized services to you. However, Cookies will not collect information stored on your computer (“Cookies”).

The Company uses Cookies to learn more about how you interact with the content on our website in order to give you more satisfaction when using our website. Cookies will remember the browser you used and installed while you are on our website. In addition, Cookies remember your preferences such as languages used and regions and automatically adjusts settings when you return to our website. Some of the Cookies are session Cookies and some are persistent Cookies which will be stored on your computer for a longer period.

For certain operations, the Company will use third party services provider, for example, to track and analyse statistical use and information of users of the Company website in order to customize our website according to your individual interests and manage content on the website.

8. Your Rights

As a Data Subject, you have the following rights:

to withdraw consent for the collection, use or disclose Personal Data;
to request access to and obtain a copy of your Personal Data or to request the disclosure of the acquisition of your Personal Data obtained without consent;
to request to obtain Personal Data and request the transfer of Personal Data to a third party if it can be done automatically;
to object to the collection, use or disclosure of the Personal Data;
to request to erase or destroy Personal Data, or anonymise the Personal Data to become anonymous;
to request to restrict the use of Personal Data; and
to request to update, complete and not misleading of Personal Data collected.

You can exercise your rights by sending the Company an email or sending a written notice to the Company, attaching a copy of your ID or equivalent details as requested. The Company will process such information received in accordance with, and to the extent permitted, by applicable laws.

Please note that the Company shall retain our rights under the laws to reject your request in certain circumstances. If the Company decides to reject your request, you will be notified of the reason for such rejection. The Company will try our best, also with considering technical capabilities, to answer your request on how we process your Personal Data. However, if you have unresolved concerns, you can complain to the Company or proceed further to the Data Protection Authorities.

9. Protection of Personal Data

The Company is committed to protecting your Personal Data under our security standards, and will provide appropriate safeguards to protect your Personal Data in order to ensure that Personal Data will be legally and appropriately collected, used or disclosed.

10. Changes to Privacy Notice

The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Notice to be appropriate and in accordance with any laws. Please frequently check to see any updates or changes to the Company’s Privacy Notice.

เกี่ยวกับการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

บริษัท ไทยยูเนี่ยน อินกรีเดียนท์ จำกัด (ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “บริษัทฯ”) ขอแจ้งให้ทราบถึงรายละเอียดการดำเนินการต่างๆ กับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเก็บรวบรวม การใช้ และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ซึ่งหมายถึง ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบุคคลซึ่งทำให้สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลนั้นได้ไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม ผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ ทั้งแบบออนไลน์และออฟไลน์เช่น ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคู่สัญญา ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวมรวบจากเว็บไซต์ จุดขายและกิจกรรมต่างๆ รวมถึงข้อมูลที่ปรากฎบนเครือข่ายออนไลน์ เช่น Facebook, Google เป็นต้น (ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “การประมวลผล”) การประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน จะกระทำภายใต้บทบัญญัติของกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เช่น พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 และ กฎการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตัวของประเทศในกลุ่มสหภาพยุโรป (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)) โดยประกาศฉบับนี้ขอแจ้งให้ท่านทราบถึงข้อมูลสำคัญต่างๆ ดังต่อไปนี้

1. วัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการบริหารจัดการเพื่อให้บริษัทฯสามารถดำเนินธุรกิจกับท่านได้อย่างเหมาะสม มีประสิทธิภาพ และถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย เพื่อปฎิบัติตามสัญญา เพื่อการทำธุรกรรม เพื่อประโยชน์ในการจัดหาสินค้าหรือให้บริการแก่ท่าน เพื่อตอบสนองคำสั่งหรือคำขอของท่าน เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพสินค้า พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์รวมถึงการให้บริการอื่นๆ และ/หรือเพื่อประโยชน์อื่นใดอันชอบด้วยกฎหมายของบริษัทฯ

ในกรณีที่ท่านให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลใด ๆ ของบุคคลภายนอกกับบริษัทฯ ท่านจะต้องแน่ใจว่าบุคคลดังกล่าวได้รับทราบคำประกาศนี้ หรือได้รับความยินยอมจากบุคคลดังกล่าวให้เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนั้นได้

ท่านมีอิสระในการตัดสินใจในการให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน แต่หากท่านไม่ประสงค์ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านแก่บริษัทฯ ท่านอาจไม่ได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์บางอย่าง เช่น ทำให้บริษัทฯ ไม่ได้รับข้อมูลเพียงพอที่จะพิจารณาเข้าทำสัญญากับท่าน รวมถึงไม่สามารถปฏิบัติตามข้อสัญญา หรือข้อผูกพันได้ในบางกรณี

บริษัทฯ แจ้งวัตถุประสงค์ในการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ภายใต้ขอบข่ายของวัตถุประสงค์ ดังต่อไปนี้

2.	เพื่อการติดต่อสื่อสาร การสื่อสารทางการตลาด การโฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์ การติดต่อประสานงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินธุรกิจและทางการตลาด และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่เหมาะสมแก่ท่าน เช่น การแจ้งข่าวสารและสิทธิประโยชน์ ผ่านทาง อีเมล เอสเอ็มเอส แอปพลิเคชัน โซเชียลมีเดีย โทรศัพท์ ไดเร็กเมล รวมถึงเพื่อประโยชน์ในการวิจัยทางการตลาด เช่น ทําแบบสอบถาม สัมภาษณ์ สอบถามความพึงพอใจหรือตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ สินค้า และบริการ	ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
3.	เพื่อประโยชน์ทางด้านความปลอดภัย เช่น การเข้าสู่ระบบ (Log in) เข้าเว็บไซต์	ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
4.	เพื่อความจำเป็นสำหรับบริษัทฯ ในการก่อตั้งหรือการใช้สิทธิเรียกร้องตามกฎหมาย รวมถึงการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย	ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
2. วัตถุประสงค์เกี่ยวกับคู่ค้าและพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ
1.	เพื่อการดำเนินการตามกระบวนการต่าง ๆ ก่อนเข้าทำสัญญา เช่น การลงทะเบียนคู่ค้า การเปิดบัญชีคู่ค้า การพิจารณาคัดเลือกคุณสมบัติ การจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง	การปฏิบัติตามสัญญา
2.	เพื่อการจัดทำสัญญาและการบริหารจัดการสัญญา เช่น การตรวจสอบยืนยันตัวตน การตรวจสอบอำนาจ การมอบอำนาจและการรับมอบอำนาจ รวมทั้งเพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานประกอบการทำธุรกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง การพิจารณา จัดทำ และลงนามในสัญญาทางการค้าและหรือบริการ	การปฏิบัติตามสัญญา

4.	เพื่อการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำธุรกรรม เช่น ประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ พรบ.ตลาดหลักทรัพย์ เป็นต้น	การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
3. วัตถุประสงค์เกี่ยวกับการผู้มาติดต่อ ผู้ที่เข้าไปในบริเวณอาคาร สำนักงาน โรงงานหรือสถานที่
1.	เพื่อการควบคุมและรักษาความปลอดภัยภายในบริเวณอาคาร สำนักงาน โรงงานหรือสถานที่ และการประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย รวมถึงการติดต่อแลกบัตรเพื่อเข้าปฏิบัติงานภายในสถานที่ การแลกบัตรเข้าออกหรือปฏิบัติงานในบริเวณอาคาร สำนักงาน โรงงานหรือสถานที่ การบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคลเพื่อบริหารจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยการเข้าออกไม่ว่าในรูปแบบใดๆ และการบันทึกภาพภายในอาคาร สำนักงาน โรงงานหรือสถานที่ ด้วยกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV)	ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
2.	เพื่อดำเนินการตามกระบวนการภายในต่าง ๆ ก่อนการเข้าภายในบริเวณอาคาร สำนักงาน โรงงานหรือสถานที่ เช่น การอบรมเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยก่อนการเข้าสถานที่ดังกล่าว	ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
3.	เพื่อการบริหารจัดการด้านสุขอนามัยและความปลอดภัย	การป้องกันหรือระงับอันตรายต่อชีวิต ร่างกาย หรือสุขภาพบุคคล
4.	เพื่อการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับประโยชน์สาธารณะด้านการสาธารณสุข เช่น การป้องกันด้านสุขภาพจากโรคติดต่ออันตรายหรือโรคระบาดที่อาจติดต่อหรือแพร่เข้ามาในราชอาณาจักร	การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
4. วัตถุประสงค์เกี่ยวกับผู้ถือหุ้น ผู้ถือหุ้นกู้ กรรมการ และผู้บริหาร
1.	เพื่อการบริหารจัดการบริษัท การประชุมผู้ถือหุ้น การสรรหาและเป็นกรรมการและ/หรือผู้บริหารบริษัท การประชุมคณะกรรมการและ/หรือผู้บริหารบริษัท การจัดการเกี่ยวกับสิทธิและหน้าที่ของผู้ถือหุ้นหรือผู้ถือหุ้นกู้ การจ่ายเงินปันผล การจ่ายดอกเบี้ยหุ้นกู้ การจัดทําบัญชีและรายงาน การตรวจสอบ เอกสารตามกฎหมาย การจัดส่งเอกสารหรือหนังสือต่าง ๆ รวมถึงหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายต่าง ๆ ของการเป็นบริษัทจํากัด บริษัทมหาชนจํากัด หรือบริษัทที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย (แล้วแต่กรณี)	การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย

2. ข้อมูลที่ทำการเก็บรวมรวม

จากวัตถุประสงค์ดังกล่าวข้างต้น บริษัทฯอาจเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ประเภทของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ถูกจัดเก็บจะขึ้นอยู่กับปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างท่านกับบริษัทฯ ซึ่งรวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังต่อไปนี้

เว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯ อาจเชื่อมโยงไปยังเว็บไซต์ของบุคคลภายนอกเพื่อให้ข้อมูลอ้างอิงที่เกี่ยวข้อง บริษัทฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ดำเนินการโดยบุคคลภายนอกดังกล่าวซึ่งอาจมีนโยบายเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นการเฉพาะ การเชื่อมโยงไปยังเว็บไซต์ภายนอกไม่ได้เป็นการอนุญาตหรือแสดงถึงความเกี่ยวข้องระหว่างเว็บไซต์ภายนอกกับบริษัทฯ และบริษัทฯไม่อาจรับรองหรือควบคุมนโยบาย แนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ความปลอดภัย การเก็บคุกกี้ หรือการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านบนเว็บไซต์ของบุคคลภายนอกได้

3. ระยะเวลาในการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจะถูกเก็บในระยะเวลาเท่าที่จำเป็นในการปฏิบัติตามวัตถุประสงค์ในการประมวลผลเท่านั้น เช่น การซื้อขายสินค้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ บริษัทฯจะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับการซื้อขายนั้นๆ เพื่อดำเนินการตามวัตถุประสงค์ดังกล่าว และจะเก็บข้อมูลไว้เป็นระยะเวลาเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ในการซื้อขายนั้น หรือในกรณีที่ท่านประสงค์ติดตามรับข่าวสารจากบริษัทฯ ข้อมูลของท่านจะถูกเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ จนกว่าท่านจะแจ้งความประสงค์ยกเลิกการรับข่าวสารตามช่องทางที่กำหนดไว้

4. ความยินยอม

ในบางกรณีบริษัทฯเนี่ยนอาจขอความยินยอมจากท่านในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน อาทิ

ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความอ่อนไหว
เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความชอบและพฤติกรรมการบริโภค เพื่อคาดการณ์เกี่ยวกับความต้องการของท่านตามการวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมของท่านเพื่อจัดหาการโฆษณาและเนื้อหาตามเป้าหมายแก่ท่าน
กรณีท่านเป็นผู้เยาว์ คนไร้ความสามารถ คนเสมือนไร้ความสามารถ ซึ่งต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากบิดามารดา ผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรม ผู้ปกครอง ผู้อนุบาล หรือผู้พิทักษ์ แล้วแต่กรณี
การส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไปยังต่างประเทศที่อาจมีมาตรฐานในการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ไม่เพียงพอ

ทั้งนี้ เว้นแต่เป็นกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้บริษัทฯสามารถดำเนินการได้โดยไม่ต้องได้รับความยินยอม บริษัทฯจะปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายอย่างเคร่งครัดในการจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

5. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

บริษัทฯ ในฐานะบริษัทในเครือของบริษัท ไทยยูเนี่ยน กรุ๊ป จํากัด (มหาชน) อาจมีความจำเป็นต้องเปิดเผย ส่ง หรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน แก่บริษัท ไทยยูเนี่ยน กรุ๊ป จํากัด (มหาชน) และบริษัทในเครือ ("กลุ่มบริษัทไทยยูเนี่ยน”) (รายละเอียดรายชื่อบริษัทในกลุ่มบริษัทไทยยูเนี่ยนที่ https://www.thaiunion.com/en/about/company/subsidiary) หรือบุคคลภายนอกทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศที่มีมาตรฐานในการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เหมาะสม โดย บริษัทฯ จะจัดเตรียมข้อสัญญามาตรฐานเพื่อคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

ประเภทของบุคคลภายนอกที่อาจได้รับการเปิดเผยข้อมูลของท่าน อาทิ

คู่สัญญาที่เป็นผู้ให้บริการในด้านต่างๆ อาทิ

ผู้ให้บริการด้านการจัดการ หรือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
เอเจนซี่ด้านการตลาด
หน่วยงานที่ดำเนินธุรกิจหรือมีข้อตกลงตามสัญญากับบริษัท

คู่ค้า
หน่วยงานตรวจประเมินรับรองมาตรฐานต่างๆที่กลุ่มบริษัทไทยยูเนี่ยนขอการรับรองเพื่อประโยชน์ในการดำเนินธุรกิจ รวมถึงหน่วยงานตรวจสอบอื่นๆ
บุคคลภายนอกอื่นใด ที่มีสิทธิเข้าถึงข้อมูลของท่าน ภายใต้กรอบที่กฎหมายกำหนด

6. การเข้าสู่ระบบ

บริษัทฯ มีหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายไทยในการเก็บข้อมูลการจราจรทางคอมพิวเตอร์ของท่าน เมื่อท่านได้เข้าสู่เว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯ เป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 90 วัน โดยบริษัทฯ จะไม่นำข้อมูลดังกล่าวใปใช้ในการวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการบริโภค หรือ ทำการวิจัยทางตลาดโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมโดยชัดแจ้งจากท่านก่อน

7. คุกกี้

คุกกี้ (Cookie) คือ แฟ้มข้อมูลขนาดเล็กที่เบราว์เซอร์จัดเก็บไว้ในคอมพิวเตอร์หรืออุปกรณ์ของท่านเมื่อท่านเชื่อมต่อและเข้ามาเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯ โดยคุกกี้จะช่วยเบราว์เซอร์ของท่านในการนำทางไปยังส่วนต่าง ๆ ภายในเว็บไซต์ ข้อมูลจากคุกกี้จะช่วยให้เว็บไซต์สามารถให้บริการที่เป็นมิตร หรือ ตรงกับความต้องการของท่านได้มากขึ้น เพื่อคุ้มครองความเป็นส่วนตัวของท่าน อย่างไรก็ตาม คุกกี้ไม่ได้รวบรวมข้อมูลที่เก็บบันทึกไว้ในคอมพิวเตอร์ของท่าน

บริษัทฯ ใช้คุกกี้เพื่อที่จะได้เรียนรู้เพิ่มเติม และจดจำการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ของท่านเพื่อช่วยในการสร้างสรรค์ประสบการณ์ที่จะให้ความพึงพอใจแก่ท่านมากยิ่งขึ้น เมื่อท่านเข้าเยี่ยมเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯ คุกกี้จะจดจำประเภทของเบราว์เซอร์ที่ท่านใช้ และโปรแกรมเบราว์เซอร์ที่ท่านติดตั้งเพิ่มเติม นอกจากนั้น คุกกี้ยังจะจดจำสิ่งที่ท่านชอบ เช่น ภาษา และภูมิภาค และกำหนดให้เป็นค่าตั้งอัตโนมัติเมื่อท่านกลับเข้ามาเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์อีก คุกกี้บางตัวเป็นคุกกี้ชั่วคราว และบางตัวเป็นคุกกี้ถาวร ซึ่งจะถูกเก็บไว้ในคอมพิวเตอร์ของท่านเป็นระยะเวลาที่นานกว่า

สำหรับการทำงานบางอย่างภายในเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯ จะใช้บริการที่จัดหาให้โดยบุคคลภายนอก ตัวอย่างเช่น ติดตามและวิเคราะห์การใช้งานเชิงสถิติ ตลอดจนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผู้ใช้งานเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯ และเพื่อช่วยในการปรับปรุงประสบการณ์ของผู้ใช้ และจัดการเนื้อหาของเว็บไซต์

บริษัทฯ จะไม่ใช้คุกกี้ในการรวมรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล อย่างไรก็ตาม ท่านสามารถที่จะเลือกปฏิเสธ หรือปิดกั้นคุกกี้ที่บริษัทฯ หรือเว็บไซต์ของผู้จัดหาบริการที่เป็นบุคคลภายนอกกำหนดไว้ให้ท่านได้ โดยการเปลี่ยนค่าที่ตั้งไว้ในเบราว์เซอร์ของท่าน – โปรดหาข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม โดยดูที่เมนู ช่วยเหลือ (Help) ในเบราว์เซอร์ ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯขอเรียนให้ทราบว่าเว็บเบราว์เซอร์ส่วนใหญ่จะมีการตั้งค่าให้ยอมรับคุกกี้โดยอัตโนมัติ ดังนั้น หากท่านไม่ประสงที่จะให้ใช้คุกกี้ ท่านอาจจะต้องคอยปิดกั้นหรือลบคุกกี้ทิ้งอยู่เสมอ

8. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล

ในฐานะเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ท่านมีสิทธิดังต่อไปนี้

ขอถอนความยินยอมใดๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ขอเข้าถึง ขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือขอให้เปิดเผยถึงการได้มาของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ขอรับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล รวมถึงขอให้โอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอื่นในกรณีที่ข้อมูลถูกจัดเก็บในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
ขอคัดค้านการเก็บ รวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ขอให้ลบ หรือทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้
ขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ขอให้แก้ไข ปรับปรุงข้อมูลให้เป็นปัจจุบัน สมบูรณ์ และไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิด

ท่านสามารถใช้สิทธิดังกล่าวโดยส่งอีเมล หรือทำหนังสือเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรถึงบริษัทฯ พร้อมแนบสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน หรือข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ใช้ยืนยันตัวตนอื่น ๆ ตามที่บริษัทฯ ร้องขอ ทั้งนี้ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ใช้พิสูจน์ตัวตนใดๆ ที่ได้มอบให้แก่บริษัทฯ จะถูกนำไปประมวลผลตามและในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องอนุญาตเท่านั้น

อนึ่ง บริษัทฯ ขอเรียนให้ท่านทราบว่า บริษัทฯ ยังคงไว้ซึ่งสิทธิตามกฎหมายในการปฏิเสธคำขอของท่านหากมีเหตุอันสมควร ซึ่งบริษัทฯ จะแจ้งถึงการปฏิเสธและเหตุผลในการปฏิเสธคำขอดังกล่าวให้ท่านทราบเป็นรายกรณี บริษัทฯ จะใช้ความพยายามอย่างเต็มที่ตามมาตรฐานทางเทคนิคที่มีอยู่ในการจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ในกรณีที่ท่านมีข้อสงสัยหรือข้อร้องเรียนในการจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบริษัทฯ ท่านสามารถสอบถามหรือร้องเรียนมายังบริษัทฯ หรือดำเนินการต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้

9. การป้องกันการเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

บริษัทฯ จะปกป้องความเป็นส่วนตัวของท่าน และมีการป้องกันรักษาอย่างเหมาะสมสำหรับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ตามมาตรฐานการจัดการความปลอดภัยข้อมูลของบริษัทฯ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั้งหมดได้เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยอย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและเหมาะสมตามวัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนั้น

10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงคำประกาศฉบับนี้เพื่อให้เกิดความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปตามกฎหมาย ทั้งนี้กรุณาตรวจสอบอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อให้ทราบถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงและข้อมูลล่าสุดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประกาศเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบริษัทฯ

11. การติดต่อ

ในกรณีที่ท่านมีข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับนโยบายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือต้องการใช้สิทธิเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน รวมถึงต้องการความช่วยเหลืออื่นๆ กรุณาติดต่อ [email protected]โดยแจ้งวัตถุประสงค์และข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน รายละเอียดบริษัทในบริษัทฯ ท่านติดต่อ พร้อมทั้งแนบหลักฐานที่ใช้ในการยืนยันตัวตน เช่น บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการขอเอกสารอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้องเพิ่มเติม และขอสงวนสิทธิในการปฎิเสธคำขอในกรณีที่เห็นว่าเอกสารที่ได้รับไม่เพียงพอในการยืนยันตัวตนของท่าน
